After 16 years in the US, Jordana moved back to Canada and launched her global venture consultancy!

In Philadelphia, Jordana managed a portfolio of med tech and healthcare IT startups at PCI Ventures. She collaborated with clinicians, researchers, and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania to create companies centered around their solutions and inventions. She actively supported founders and entrepreneurs via:

Company formation and operational infrastructure development
Leadership team, advisory board, and employee recruitment
Board of Directors participation
Fundraising strategy, business development, and operations advising
Interim hands-on leadership roles within portfolio companies

Prior to joining PCI Ventures, Jordana developed strategic partnerships for a corporate startup, Comcast Connected Health, which has since spun out into a joint venture with Independence Health Group. Jordana's affinity towards helping startups to thrive began during her time at Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures where she organized quarterly investment forums and worked on startup sourcing, vetting, mentor matching, and pitch coaching.

Before pursuing a career that fuses her interests in business, healthcare and technology, Jordana treated patients with neurological and vestibular conditions for 7 years, as a Physical Therapist. She achieved specialized training and advanced certifications for the treatment of patients with vertigo, dizziness, and balance dysfunction. Jordana's hands-on clinical experience has provided valuable insight to clients developing products or services for patients, clinicians, and health systems.

Jordana graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McGill University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Duke University, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University.
