After 16 years in the US, Jordana moved back to Canada and launched her global venture consultancy! She offers strategic development and operations services to startups, investment firms, accelerator programs, and innovation groups as a business advisor and fractional executive.

As a former clinician turned business executive, Jordana combines 20+ years of healthcare expertise with over a decade of commercial acumen to help organizations to navigate customer discovery, business model development, fundraising, operations, and growth. Jordana has held leadership roles in both corporate and academic spinouts, including serving as a strategic partnership executive for Comcast’s first healthcare venture and as the founding CEO of Cogwear, a neurotech company.
She is also engaged by venture groups for deal sourcing, due diligence, and company creation services. Through her work with PCI Ventures and WorldUpstart, she has helped researchers and clinicians transform groundbreaking innovations into scalable companies. She has advised multiple early-stage health tech startups and served on several boards.

Prior to transitioning to the business side of healthcare, Jordana spent seven years treating patients with neurological and vestibular conditions as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jordana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McGill University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Duke University, and an MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University.
